Pricing FAQ

Questions before you book.

What if scope changes mid-project?

Fixed-price builds get a single change order at the halfway point, no per-change negotiations. Sprint retainers re-plan each sprint, so scope shifts are baked in.

Do you take equity instead of cash?

Rarely, and only for projects we'd otherwise turn down. Default is cash, billed in milestones.

Why not hourly for everything?

Hourly billing rewards slow work. Fixed scope rewards shipping. For MVPs and sprints, we'd rather absorb the risk of going fast.

What's NOT in any package?

Design (we partner with designers), brand work, ongoing devops/SRE past the support window, and anything we said no to in "What we don't build."
